Abstract
In 2017 the University of Delaware Library, Museums and Press administered the ClimateQUAL Survey and a working group was charged with using the survey results to identify intiatives to improve workplace climate. In this presentation, members of the ClimateQUAL Working Group will share the approaches they chose to more deeply understand the survey data and the Library’s organizational challenges and to uncover actionable solutions.
