Abstract
Academic libraries have always used data to innovate, drive decision-making and change services to meet patron needs. Embedded within data collection and analytics is an opportunity for student engagement, growth and development. When student workers, interns and volunteers are provided with individualized active and service learning opportunities within the library data analytics process, it creates an enriched environment of academic rigor and engagement across all levels of libraries services.
