Location: Library Administrative Offices in New Windsor, MD

Job summary:
Responsible for development and maintenance of the library’s collections, ensuring that they are balanced, diverse, and accessible. Oversees the operations of the Materials and Technical Services departments, including systemwide collection development and maintenance, selection, ordering, and cataloging of all materials, oversight of the materials and technical services budget; supervises assigned staff; performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Library or Information Science from an ALA-accredited program;
- Five (5) years’ experience in a library environment including responsibility for collection development; and,
- Three (3) years supervisory experience.
